i just joined one of your gos by commenting on a post, what happens next?

♡ to claim items from a go, please comment under the respective go post
♡ at least 48 hours before the deadline, you will be added to a group chat with other joiners where i will be sending the link to the google form
♡ if the payment deadline is extended, the group chat will also be made at a later date
♡ the payment deadline is mentioned in the first message i send to the group chat and the google form
♡ payments are expected to be submitted by the payment deadline as i will send a reminder - there will be a 24 hour grace period after this message is sent!
♡ if your payment is not received by the end of the grace period and you have not communicated with me about a payment delay, a late fees will be added
♡ i am an understanding person so if there are circumstances that lead to a delay, please let me know!
♡ after i receive all of the payments, i will secure the items and send purchase proof to the group chat - these will also be available in the "purchase proofs" ig highlight on my page

the items have been secured, what are the next steps and where can i find updates about ?

♡ after the items are secured, i will post on my story about when the packages arrive at my k-addy and what batch they will be a part of - these stories are sent to the group chat and are saved in the "updates" highlight of my page
♡ if any items are preorder (with the exception of albums which typically take between 2 weeks and a month to arrive), it may be a while before they arrive to my k-addy - please keep this in mind!
♡ when items arrive, it takes time for my k-addy to process inclusions and prepare the package for fowarding! in addition to this, i have to wait for multiple gos to arrive - the average time you can expect a group order to take with me is 2-3 months!
♡ once a reasonable number of gos have arrived at my k-addy and everything is ready to be forwarded, i will send the ems payment (shipping from korea) form to the group chat
♡ payments are expected to be submitted by the payment deadline as i always send a reminder on the day before/the day of - there will be a 24 hour grace period in case you miss the message!
♡ if your payment is not received within 24 hours of the deadline and you have not communicated with me about a payment delay, a late fees will be added
♡ once all of the ems payments are received, i will pay my k-addy and will update next when the items arrive to me!in general, you can always refer to my masterlist to see what gos you've joined, what you have claimed, and where they are at the moment (as my notion is organized accordingly)

the items have arrived, how will they get to me ?

♡ once the items arrive, i will post on my story and these posts are saved in my go arrivals instagram highlight of my page
♡ if sorting is required, i will send the necessary information about the sorting forms to the group chat
♡ once items arrive, i take about a week to sort and organize all of the claims before i start packaging to be sent out to you
♡ once i'm ready to send out, i will send a domestic payment form to the group chat
♡ i will build a shipping queue by referring to the domestic form responses and will update approximate shipping day on the k-addy batch masterlist for the batch . i will send address confirmation when i get to your order!
♡ for stamped mail, i always record drop off but may not post due to a lack of time / large quantity of mail outs - if you would like to see the video, you can always dm me!
♡ for tracked mail, you will be provided the tracking number when you confirm your address and it will also be hyperlinked to the k-addy batch domestic masterlist
♡ once the domestic form is sent, you have until the deadline mentioned on the form to pay before your goods go up for reclaim! you will not be refunded if you fail to pay by this time
